安全与合规说明：数据本地、无遥测默认关、免责声明。英文为主，每节末尾附中文要点。

1. Your data stays local ｜ 数据本地

• All configuration, logs, decision records and reports are stored on your own machine under %LOCALAPPDATA%\VigilDesk. We do not operate a copy of your trading data.
• Order review runs against your own local or self-hosted inference endpoint (default 127.0.0.1:8080) — order details never need to leave your VPS unless you point the endpoint elsewhere.
• Broker credentials belong to your MT5 terminal. VigilDesk reads market and account state through the terminal on your behalf and does not ask for your broker password.

2. Telemetry is opt-in ｜ 无遥测，默认关

• Watchdog Lite (free) has no telemetry at all — no license check, no reporting, no phone-home. This boundary is enforced in code and guarded by automated tests.
• In paid editions, telemetry (crash/diagnostic reporting) is off by default and only sends when you explicitly enable it in Settings → Diagnostics.
• The license check contacts the activation server over HTTPS when you activate or renew, and supports a 72-hour offline grace period for unattended VPS use. Nothing else is transmitted.
• Optional webhook alerts go only to the endpoint you configure.

3. What VigilDesk is not ｜ 免责声明

• VigilDesk is a risk-control safety layer over your own strategy. It is not investment advice and does not generate signals of its own.
• We never promise any profit or returns. Anyone claiming guaranteed returns "with VigilDesk" is misrepresenting the product.
• Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors; you could lose more than your deposit. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.
